Redskins To Sell Stadium Seats for Charity

In response to many fan requests, the Redskins are making a limited number of stadium seats removed from FedExField as part of the end zone renovation available for sale to the public, the team announced on Wednesday.

Approximately 800 seats will be sold in pairs for $250 per pair. All of the proceeds will go to the Washington Redskins Charitable Foundation.

Each pair of stadium seats includes the Washington Redskins logo on both sides and a specially-designed metal mounting kit that will allow the seats to be set up in homes, patios or gardens.

These official FedExField stadium seats will be made available on July 22 at FedExField at 9 a.m. ET. To reserve a pair of seats and a place in line, contact the Redskins at 301-276-6063.

The mission of the Washington Redskins Charitable Foundation is to make a positive and measurable impact on youth development in the greater Washington, D.C. region in the areas of education, community outreach, and health and wellness.

Knowing Redskins fans, there will be a waiting list for these seats. Knowing the Redskins, there will be a multi-year waiting list of 200,000 names.
