Announcing Hog Heaven’s New Improved Fan Comment System

Our friends with the Bloguin Network installed a new, improved, much more fun to use comment system on Redskins Hog Heaven.

The new feature should make it easier for you to leave your statement about anything you read on Hog Heaven or anything you want to say about the Redskins, the NFL  or sports. And we do want your thoughts, be they rants or insightful comments.

We are using the Livefyre comment system. To join the conversation, you must register with Livefyre, or sign in with your Twitter or Facebook account.

If you have a Bloguin account, Livefyre integration with your ID and password is a future project.

Flickr, Twitpic, tinypic, and imgur are the supported image sources, meaning you just copy and paste the URL into the comment box and the image shows up as a thumbnail.

For videos, YouTube and Vimeo work. Just paste the URL, and it works.

For a short while, we are monitoring comments, but only to screen those spammy shoe and purse “comment.”

Now, let’s get the conversation started!
