Skins fan, I posed your question to the leaders of Bloguin.com. Here's what they tell me.

The Apps are built for Bloguin by a development partner. Bloguin pays a flat fee and a share of ad revenue to the developer. The developer finds that the costs associated with the Blackberry platform are more costly and they haven't found a revenue formula that makes sense.

This may change in the future, but for now, plans for Blackberry are not solid.
