The Dallas Cowboys are looking for a Headwear Designer whose job is described as:

The Headwear Designer is responsible for the fit, patterns, fabric and graphic and technical design of Dallas Cowboys headwear. The Headwear Designer is responsible for monitoring fashion and lifestyle trends, as well as frequently interacting with various merchandising and sales groups.

There was no reference in the description to oddly shaped heads of unusually small size or peculiarities of peculiar teams. But I won't go there because followers of four-win teams should remain circumspect.

The Headwear Designer is not be involved in the design of helmets.

If you have design suggestions appropriate for Cowboys, leave them here in Comments.

If you would like to apply for the position, see the description at teamworkonline.com
